WHO IS ELIGIBLE: The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who are legal residents and currently residing in any one of the fifty (50) states of the United States of America or the District of Columbia (excluding, without limitation, overseas military installations, Puerto Rico or other United States of America territories), and who have a valid driver's license from one of said fifty (50) states of the United States of America or the District of Columbia. Neither employees, officers nor directors of Zinc Solutions Inc., jackiewarner.com and/or any of their respective advertising agencies, nor employees of any parent company, subsidiary or affiliated company of these companies, nor any immediate family member (spouse, parents, siblings and children) or individual residing in the same household as any such employee or individual is eligible to enter, participate or win. HOW TO ENTER: Automatic entry into the Sweepstakes will be provided to eligible individuals who purchase a product or item through/on the website www.jackiewarner.com  (purchases from any other retailer or location DO NOT qualify) during the Sweepstakes entry period. Each purchase/sale shall constitute a separate entry regardless of the number or value of items purchased at each purchase/sale. You may also enter without making any purchase, completing the respective online form, or by simply mailing to 770 w. 17th st., Costa Mesa, California, 92627 Attention: Jackie Warner Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes entry period, a single 3x5 card, proper postage prepaid, and on separate lines list the following: (1) hand print your name in colored ink (not black); (1a) Date Of Birth (2) your street name and number; (3) your apartment or unit number, if applicable; (4) your city of residence and applicable zip code; (5) your state of residence; (6) your e-mail address (which must be valid and active) at which we may contact you; and (7) a telephone (day/evening/cell) number at which we may contact you. Each such entry must be submitted in a separate envelope. No other methods of entry are accepted. You may enter the Sweepstakes up to, but no more than, the lesser of twenty (20) times during each calendar month of the Sweepstakes entry period or one hundred-twenty (120) times total during the Sweepstakes entry period. Sponsor shall determine, in its sole discretion, whether an entry is mass-produced and/or mass-submitted. Mass-produced and/or mass-submitted entries are not permitted, and all mass-produced and mass-submitted entries shall be excluded without further notice. All entries become our property and will not be acknowledged or returned. No facsimiles, copies or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted.

ENTRY PERIOD & DEADLINE: The Sweepstakes entry period begins on 01/01/08 12:01:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") and your purchase must be made or entry must be postmarked no earlier than that date and no later than 11:59:59 p.m. PST, 03/31/08, and received by the Sponsor no later than 5:00 p.m. on 04/05/08 in order to be entered and eligible to win (the "entry period"). Proof of your submission of an entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by the Sponsor within the entry period and the Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.

PRIZES & CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: DETAILS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION MAY APPLY. DETAILS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION MAY APPLY. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) “day with Jackie Warner, which is similar to the description found at http://www.jackiewarner.com /store/sweepstakes. The winner shall bear the sole responsibility to pay for all transportation and lodging.

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute for the Grand Prize a prize award of equal or greater value. The Grand Prize has no cash equivalent and the Grand Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or any other consideration. The Sponsor is not, and shall not be, responsible if the winner is unable to accept the Grand Prize due to the winner's failure to qualify or comply with these Official Rules or any law, regulation or other rules which apply to their acceptance, receipt and/or use of the Grand Prize award, or for any other reason.

If the Grand Prize winner fails to comply with these Official Rules in any way, the Grand Prize winner may be disqualified and the prize forfeited. The Grand Prize may not be transferred, substituted or exchanged, nor cash equivalent allowed.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Grand Prize is awarded "AS IS". The Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for the inability of winner to accept the Grand Prize for any reason, nor for any delivery cancellations, delays, defects, damages or interruptions. The Released Parties (as defined below) will not replace any stolen or lost Grand Prize.

DISCLAIMER & RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant (i) assumes all liability for any damages, losses caused by or to the winner or any third party as a direct or indirect result of participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the Grand Prize, and (ii) releases and agrees to hold the Sponsor, Jackie Warner, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (together, the "Released Parties") harmless from and against any and all liability, claims or causes of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of all or any portion of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner who accepts all or any portion of a Grand Prize award in connection with this Sweepstakes grants permission to the Sponsor and to Jackie Warner to use and publish his name, entry submission, photographs, images and likeness, opinions, place of residency, voices, biographical and other information or identification for promotional and publicity purposes, in any form and in any medium, now known or hereafter invented, without further compensation or consideration. The Sponsor may also arrange to publicize any or all of the Grand Prize winner's activities related to the Grand Prize, and the Grand Prize winner and hereby consents and grants permission to the Sponsor and to Jackiewarner.com to permit any public relations firm, advertising agency, news or other information gathering agency or institution to be present, observe, make a record of and use and publish such activities.

The Released Parties are not responsible for typographical, printing or other errors in the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection, notification and announcement of the winner or the distribution of the Grand Prize, nor are they responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled telephone or computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. No responsibility is assumed for: any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes.

CONDUCT: CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY ALTER OR DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Drawing for the Grand Prize award will be conducted on 04/15/08, at the main offices of the Sponsor. Each entrant must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning and the award of any prize is contingent upon fulfilling all Sweepstakes' rules and requirements. The name of the winner who is selected on, 04/15/08.
